To enter the competition you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. The prize is valid from 10th January 2012 to November 18th 2013 and is subject to availability.
2. The prize excludes all transfers and flights, flight taxes, meals, drinks and activities.
3. All expenses incurred and travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
4. Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age.
5. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered.
6. There are no cash alternatives or cash substitutes for the prize.
7. It is the prize winners responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visa for Costa Rica. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
8. Travel insurance, including medical cover, is not provided as part of this prize.
9. To enter the competition you must be getting married in the UK or Ireland
10. No Employer, Agent, Subcontractor or Director can enter the competition, nor anyone else connected with the competition. Nor any member of such person’s family can enter.
11. The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility to enter.
12. The winner will be chosen by random after the closing date (Friday the 31st August) and will be notified by email by The Bridal Magazine Limited. The Bridal Magazine Limited withhold the right to decline the chosen winner the competition prize if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions, in the case of this happening a new winner will be drawn following the same procedures, the judge’s decision is final.
13. By entering this competition you are giving us ‘The Bridal Magazine Limited’ permission to send your details to the sponsors providing the prize, which they may use for marketing on a later date. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving emails from the sponsors please email ‘Unsubscribe’ to info@geckoeslodge.com, ‘The Bridal Magazine Limited’ take no responsibility for Geckoes Lodge and the way they use your information.
